Chronic stress and trauma impact everyone to varying degrees. My work helps people move from stuckness to being in flow, from shame to experiencing a sense of worth, safety, self-acceptance and joy. My goal is to help you experience the feeling that you are welcome in the world and that you belong; to become healthier and live a fuller, more satisfying life.
