What to expect from our sessions

I love co-creating an environment of safety, empowerment and fun. Your inner wisdom becomes a prominent ally on your path to growth, healing and lasting change. Listening to the body and attuning to its signals is a big part of my work, in person as well as via Zoom.

As a new client you will be asked to fill out an intake form prior to the initial session. This information helps me establish basic knowledge and understanding of you and your needs. It involves questions about your history, daily habits, current challenges and goals.

I usually review your answers to this questionnaire during the first session. This allows you to share any additional information that might be helpful for me to know.

The specific modalities and techniques I draw upon depend upon your unique goals and needs.

At the end of each session I usually offer some self care tools that will support you in daily life.
